Brand Content: Pepsi Max creates a new international web serie, in partnership with Funny or Die.
Pepsi Max follows the current trend for web series and develops its own called “Mates Versus”. You can find it on the comdey website “Funny or Die” created in 2007 by Adam McKay and Will Ferrel.
Moreover, Pepsi Max developed its own YouTube’s channel where you can watch the different episodes.
The plot: Four mates (Hugh, Grant, Will and Brandon) enjoy their life following their own motto “Live life to the Max or die laughing”.
Of course, they introduce product placements for Pepsi Max in each episode (visual placement, hands on placement and oral placement)
All episodes (12 episodes of 5 min each) are available both on YouTube and Funnyordie.com
In each episode they meet “real people” and famous people (such as Fernando Torres).
Is That it? no…PepsiMax’s strategy plans to launch a Facebook page with the possibility to exchange with the 4 Mates, a new video clip, a song remixed by Dj’s in clubs, etc.
